Natomas, north of downtown, is where a lot of Sacramento's office parks and company campuses sit. Events here are corporate: team days, customer meetings, benefit fairs and expo-style gatherings in large rooms or on a lawn.
Load-in is usually straightforward, with a loading door, a parking lot for the truck and a facilities contact who knows the building. The things to confirm are which room the station goes in, what power it can use, and whether any part of the event runs outdoors in the heat.
What a Natomas campus event usually needs
- Live screen printing: the whole company in the same shirt by lunch at an all-hands picnic.
- Live DTF: each team's name on its own shirts at a benefits fair or kickoff.
- Live hat bar: caps built by visiting customers between sessions.
- Promo & hard goods: printed bottles and totes for employees to take back to their desks.
Elsewhere in the region, we also cover Downtown & DOCO, Midtown, Old Sacramento, East Sacramento and Roseville.
Courtyard or lawn? Ask facilities for an outdoor power drop, and put the station in shade. We need two dedicated 120V circuits and a ten-foot square.
Give us the building address, your date and a rough headcount, and the itemized quote follows within a day.
