Live hat bar, custom hat bar or patch bar, it's the same table. Each guest chooses a cap, picks from the patch designs we've laid out for your event, and watches our crew heat-press it on. Caps come in trucker or dad-hat shapes, in whichever blanks you pick. No two hats leave the same, and the choosing is half the fun.
What a Sacramento hat bar includes
- A styled table: caps by style and color, patches in rows and a press at the end, set up to look right from a DOCO sponsor space to an East Sacramento garden party.
- Guest choice: the cap, the patch and where it sits.
- Your branding: custom patches from your logo, with Sacramento-themed options if you want them.
- A small footprint: about ten by ten feet and two standard 120V circuits.
It can be the main event at a Kings game-day activation or a tech offsite, or the upgrade station beside a screen press at a convention booth. Caps and patches ride up from Fullerton in the same truck as everything else.
Sacramento hat bar FAQ
Do you customize cowboy hats?
No. There's no felt, no hat shaping and no brim branding at our table. It's caps with patches or pressed graphics, heat-pressed while the guest watches. For cowboy hats, look for a western hat bar.
Is there a hat bar storefront I can visit?
No. We're a crew working out of a shop in Fullerton, and the hat bar comes to your event. The truck drives it up the day before, and it sets up in a DOCO sponsor space, a Midtown loft corner or an East Sacramento garden.
Can the patches be Sacramento-themed?
Yes. We make custom patches from your logo, with Sacramento-themed options if you want them. They're produced in Fullerton once you approve the proof, so they ride up with the caps.
