We load a print station into a truck at our Fullerton shop, drive it up the I-5 to your Sacramento venue, and build it the day before your doors open. On the day, each guest picks a design and a size and gets the finished piece about two minutes later.
The four moves on a Sacramento job
- We learn the room. Date, venue and headcount first. At SAFE Credit Union Convention Center that turns into a dock time, a drayage slot and an electrical order through the venue. A Midtown loft usually means a street door and a freight lift, and a Roseville hotel means a banquet captain and a loading door.
- We lock the art. You approve a proof, and about a week out the design and the blank order by size are final. Screens get burned and transfers get printed in Fullerton before anything is packed.
- The truck rolls north. Presses, ink, blanks and tables arrive the day before with the crew. We build the station, check the circuits and pull test prints before your guests show up.
- We print, then strike. The line runs for your event hours, and teardown follows your run-of-show, whether the convention hall closes at five or a Golden 1 Center night runs late.
The same steps work in a Capitol-area ballroom, on the Cal Expo grounds or at a private house in East Sacramento, indoors or out. Send us the venue and the date and we'll sketch where the station goes.
