Give each station about ten by ten feet of floor, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a clear path to roll road cases in from the truck. Presses, ink, blanks, tables and the crew all come with us from Fullerton.
Venue by venue
- SAFE Credit Union Convention Center: electrical is ordered through the venue ahead of the show, and move-in runs on a marshalling schedule. We need your booth number and the dock window in writing before the truck leaves.
- Hotel ballrooms downtown or in Roseville: ask the banquet team for circuits that aren't shared with catering. It's the snag we run into most.
- Midtown lofts and older buildings: find out which outlets sit on separate breakers and whether the freight lift fits a road case.
- Outdoor lots and Cal Expo grounds: shade, a power drop or quiet generator, and a plan for Central Valley summer heat. Blanks stay boxed and out of the sun until the station opens.
If the room limits your power or gives you a short move-in window, tell us when you book. We'll build the station plan around it.
