For a Sacramento date, reach out four to six weeks ahead if you can; two weeks can usually still work. Nothing has to be shipped or flown, because the station rides up in our own truck, so the calendar mostly comes down to your art, the blank order and the venue.
Counting back from the event
- Six weeks or earlier: best for a large convention-center show or a multi-day association summit, when rooms and venue staff are in short supply downtown.
- Four to six weeks: the usual booking point. Your date, venue and headcount let us hold the crew and plan the station.
- Seven days out: final art is approved and blanks are ordered by size.
- Two weeks or less: still worth a call. With simple art and stock blanks, a short run can come together, and you'll hear yes or no quickly.
How to make it quicker
Send the artwork, a ballpark guest count, the venue, the date and which stations interest you, all in one email. Forward the exhibitor packet or the venue's move-in rules if you have them. Each piece we get early is one less thing to chase.
If the date shifts: let us know right away. Moving a drive is simpler than moving a flight, though the crew schedule and the blank order are both built around your first date.

Busy stretches on the Sacramento calendar
Large shows at SAFE Credit Union Convention Center and the heavy weeks of the legislative session squeeze hotel rooms and venue labor. Dates in those stretches deserve the six-week end.
Warm months stack up food festivals and Cal Expo events on the same Saturdays. Put a hold on the date before the guest list is settled.
