If you need custom tees for a Sacramento event, we can make them right there in the room. Each guest names a size, watches their shirt get printed, and has it on a couple of minutes later.
Why skip the pre-order
The old routine is a size guess six weeks ahead, a delivery you hope arrives, and a stack of leftover mediums in somebody's garage. Printing at the event fixes the guessing. A delegate at a Capitol-area summit or a guest at a Midtown launch picks from the size run we bring, and the shirt is printed for that person.
Garments on the table
- Tees: soft basics or a retail cut, pulled one guest at a time.
- Hoodies & crewnecks: welcome on a breezy evening by the river in Old Sacramento.
- Caps: built by the guest at the live hat bar beside the shirt press.
- Totes & tumblers: promo goods for the person whose closet is full of event shirts.
Press or transfer?
A single logo going on a big crowd is a job for the live screen press; nothing moves a line faster. A photo, a many-color illustration, or a different chapter on each shirt is a job for live DTF printing. Send us the file and we'll sort it into one or the other.
Fit: every station carries XS through 4XL, bought against your headcount.

What we ask before ordering blanks
Headcount, how many hours the station is open, and the style of blank. Those three tell us the size spread to buy and whether a second press is worth it.
The blanks travel in the truck with the presses, so we finalize the size order about a week ahead. A short design menu lets a two-press station run past 100 shirts an hour.
